• Q.1 Where can I buy your products?

  Please refer to the “Distributors” page. If there is no distributor listed for your country, then please contact us via the inquiry form.

• Q.2 What is the selling price?

  Please check with your distributor.

• Q.3 How long will it take for delivery after I place an order?

  This will vary depending on the order quantity, inventory and transportation status. Deliveries usually take between one week and three months.

• Q.4 Do you have a catalog summarizing the basic information on your products?

  Please refer to the product catalogs on the “Various Data and Downloads” page.

• Q.5 Do you have liquid media?

  We only supply powder media.

• Q.6 What is the place of origin of the culture media?

  It is produced in South Korea.

• Q.7 What are the minimum and maximum production volumes?

  2kg to more than 800kg can be produced by small-scale and large-scale equipment
  (Producible weight can be changed depending on the media’s specific gravity.)

• Q.8 I would like to receive media instruction and MSDS.

• Q.9 How are microorganisms and mycoplasma controlled in the CELLiST_™ culture media?

  The CELLiST_™ culture media is produced in a cGMP factory and all processes are carried out in a cleanroom. Furthermore, for all our products, only lots that have passed microorganism and mycoplasma inspections can be shipped.
