Supporting small to large scale orders with a speedy service
The demand for culture media varies widely. We can respond quickly to customer needs, from the lab-scale production of the customer original composition products to the mass production of classical media and modified composition items.
Manufacturing and quality management systems based on amino acid technology
From raw materials management to product transportation, we provide sense of security and reliability for our customers based on the Ajinomoto Group's unique quality management system, ASQUA, which we have built up as a leading supplier of amino acids.
The optimal location for bio SCM
The factory producing our cell culture media is located in the Songdo area of Incheon, South Korea, which is one of the world's largest bio-production bases. It is the optimal location for meeting the demand for cell culture media in each Asian country, including for the local CMO.
Production equipment
- All equipment is installed and operated in a class 100,000 cleanroom.
- Small-scale equipment can produce 2 kg to 24 kg per lot
- Large-scale equipment can produce more than 800kg
